Rental Policy

1. The tenant is entirely responsible for any damage done to the unit as well as any units that are misplaced.
2. On the island of Bali, motorbikes and cars are the only types of vehicles that are permitted to be driven (Not allowed to Nusa Penida or others island).
3. Overtime is limited to a maximum of 1 hours; any further hours will result in a fee equal to the full daily rental rate.
4. In the event of an accident, the tenant is completely liable for the cost of the process legal (Law) and indemnity repairs, in addition to the cost of rental expenses for the duration of the time the unit is in repair.
5. The unit is not transferable to another party, if so, LCW has the right to take it back with non-refundable condition.
6. Tenant responsible, and will be charged for lost or damaged rental items
7. LCW is not responsible for a leaking tire after the first day of rental.
8. Smoking is not allowed in or around the unit.
9. Because rental is the same as lending assets belonging to a company, LCW is independent and has the right to cancel or refuse or withdraw the unit on the day of arrival or the rental period unilaterally without having to provide clarification when it comes to personal data that LCW considers not credible.
10. LCW is absolved of all claims arising from the vehicle’s tenant/user.
11. The tenant is not permitted to disassemble any of the vehicle’s components. All crimes involving vehicle rental will be reported to the authorities (including the police).
12. Take Unit Picture for your convince for proof if no have some accident or damage.
13. Please take careful of car, because lost car is your responsibility.
